Peter S. uses his sterling compost system to compost kitchen waste and the manure and bedding from his seven horses. He extended the original O2Compost design to include an additional nonventilated collection bay for mixing prior to starting a batch of compost in one of the three aerated bays. Peter also installed a sprinkler system over his compost bays to add moisture as needed. He now has a very successful business of selling bagged and bulk compost to customers.
